Description
The ICM2018 Satellite Conference "Braid groups, configuration spaces and homotopy theory" will take place in Salvador de Bahia, Brazil, at the Federal University of Bahia, from the 23rd to the 27th of July 2018. This meeting will focus on braid groups, configuration spaces and homotopy theory, and the interplay between them. There will be around 20 plenary talks given by invited speakers, as well as shorter talks given by the participants.

For those participants who wish to present work, the deadline for registration and for submitting their work is the 2nd of March 2018. For other participants, the deadline for registration is the 31st of May 2018.
